Tobias Wilken (TooAngel)

Builder, CTO at ContractHero · Wardenburg, Germany

First time it's fun, second time shows the common denominator, third time automate it. I love automating things. Judging by my to-do list, I'm not very good at it yet.

I'm usually a little early. I wrote an AI chat bot long before anyone talked to one every day, streamed music to my flatmates before streaming had a name, started on cloud platforms when most people still thought of clouds as rain, and have been automating my home since long before smart homes came out of a box.

Now

CTO at ContractHero, where we build a platform for the whole contract lifecycle. I lead engineering and still write a good part of the code. I like to understand a system all the way down: when something in the stack breaks, I follow it as deep as it goes and send the fix upstream.

Before

Co-founder of myPeak, a competition community in Bonn, and of cloudControl, one of the first European platform-as-a-service providers. Then CTO at Relocately and Regional Hero.
